Delivery
Currently, delivery is available on Saturday to Friday. We deliver anywhere in Kuwait. There is additional delivery charge of Two Kuwaiti Dinars (2.000KWD) for orders below Thirty Kuwaiti Dinars (30.000KWD) and orders above Thirty Kuwaiti Dinars (30.000KWD) will be delivered for FREE. Please make sure someone is at home to receive your order. Please leave a note for special request in the billing section.
Returns / Exchange
We understand that things come up and you may decide to return/exchange your order.For Local orders in Kuwait, returns/exchange must be done in one of our shop. You can go to our store and make refund/exchange your purchase with the goods and invoice. Orders payed by cash will be refunded as cash or voucher while orders payed by card will take three(3) bank working days to process your refund. We appreciate your understanding.
